I handcrafted the ring out of sterling silver, adding delicate twisted hearts and spirals all around the band, and using the tops of two hearts to hold to stone in. The ring has been oxidized, and will keep getting darker with time; enhancing the contrast; while the spirals and hearts are highly polished and will stay bright and shiny.
The stone is a beautiful light pink rose quartz, with a checkerboard cut on the top of the stone, giving it a lovely sparkle! It has a soft muted look to it, giving it a moonstone-like quality. My photos can't portray how beautiful this stone is! It is just over 13mm across, a very large stone!!
This ring is size 5.5, will fit size 6, but tightly because of the wide band. I cannot size this ring, and will not be making it again.
